Reason of rejection
The interviewers didn't feel that the level of coding shown in both of the coding interviews matched what we are looking for right now.
The design interview was also a no hire unfortunately, as there was not enough signal on trade off discussion or deep dive.
The behavioural interview was okay, but the levelling was at e3, and unfortunately we do not hire e3’s externally.
