I got this in 2019 at start of placement season, and since then I've been trying for product based companies. Given the current situation and unprecedented recession, most companies are trying cost cutting and defering hiring till the situation becomes under control. I'm still waiting to some how try my luck in FAANG or any other product based company.
I'm sharing this because the batch of 2021 might have to face serious consequences of the current situation, especially the students from Tier 2 & 3 colleges, because the mass recruiters are honouring the contracts they have made will have impact on number of hiring they'll do next year. I'd suggest them to be prepared and work hard as this in itself is a great learning curve and an experience that'll make you strong.
All the best everyone!
