Screening Round -
Some tech related questions, can't recall them atm but the round was very easy. Some behavioural based questions as well.
Why do you want to switch? Why mastercard?
Recruiter reached out after about 1 week and scheduled interviews.
Round 1/3 (Loop Interviews - Each round is a knockout round and all rounds happen in a single day) - Taken by an SME.
Find the first unique character in the string, again, it was an easy round.
Behaviour based questions like: why mastercard? why switch?
What model do you follow in current company(waterfall or agile)? Explain the whole process.
What did you learn in your AWS certification? I explained stuff and went on to explain Deployment strategies.
Also, faced some resume based projects and and questions about my day to day work at current company.
Round 2/3 - Taken by Hiring Manager
Most of this was technical like OOPS concepts, Design Patterns Overview.
Again, current companies day to day life and procedures followed were asked.
Resume based questions like how I helped in important contributions in my company.
What would be my reactions to conflicts? How I resolved them?
Would you say "NO" to manager if you have some tasks and you are assigned more?
Something that I am proud of?

R3/3 - Bar Raiser Round - Taken by 2 Devs(not sure of their titles)
Code Pairing Round - Given a log file with a specified format which contains all sorts of log level logs and file names from where those logs arrived, you have to read it and print the file names and number of errors in those files in reverse sorted order. Code had errors but 90% of the logic was correct. Explained it well.
