A recruiter reached out to me regarding the opportunity at Adobe Noida for Computer Scientist - 1 position. Total 4 rounds were there.

Round 1 and Round 2 were on same day.

Round 1: DSA
A Computer Scientist took my interview.
There were 2 questions. 1 DP (some problem to maximize amount) -> first I gave recrusive solution, then tabulation -> then he asked me what if I dont want to use nXn -> then I gave him memoization solion. He was happy with the approch. ( I need to code for all three approach)
Second question was print zig zag traversal of Binary tree. ( He told me to write the code and it should work on the first go, there should not be any error).

Round 2: LLD
A low level design question was asked. I need to make the class diagram and code some part of it as well. It was not that good.

Round 3: HLD
EM took this round.
It started with introduction, then she asked about the type of work I am doing and some project discussions. This discussion was around 30 min. Then she gave me a HLD question(not written, she was just telling me what I need to build). It was not some standard question so I dnt remember it. We had a discussion on it around 1 hour.

Expectations were to draw the HLD and if you are using some DB or queue or something, you should know why you are using it. How you are saving the data to the database and all.

The round got extended by 30 min. I enjoyed this round a lot, it was more like discussion. The interviewer was really sweet.

Round 4: Director round
This round was with director. He joined 10 -12 min late. Started with his introduction, then mine. After that he asked me about my current organization, and whatever I was saying he was just. not satisfied. Before I start to speak he was like no I am not asking this and that. Then he asked me about my academics, my marks in 10th,12th, grad.

Self rating: He was not ready to listen anything, can't rate. But still I answer all the questions politely.

Verdict: Not selected.

Note to self: Don't get excited until you receive the offer.
