I recently got an offer from Meta for new grad role. I wanted to give back to the leetcode community as it has helped me a lot in the journey of getting this offer.
Almost 2 months back I got an OA from Meta which I passed (4/4). 2 questions were of leetcode easy level, one was leetcode medium level and other was leetcode mediumish-hard level. I got an interview about 1 businessdays later.
I had 3 technical and 1 behvaiour rounds. Behvaiour round was more or less what we see on the facebook tage discussions. They asked me about conflict situations and how i resolved them. Each technical round had 2 leetcode medium questions. 5/6 questions were actually directly from Top 100 questions from the 3 months list of meta. One question was completely new, not even on leetcode.
I cannot share much details as I don't wanna miss this situation but overall the process was pretty simple and all questions I think are leetcode medium only.
After my last interview, I got an email around 3 businessdays later about the offer.
