Overall, my experience with Arcesium was positive, but I wish they had shared feedback regarding the rejection. Imagine dropping an email to them at the last moment saying, “I can’t join the company and can’t share the reason at the moment.” That’s how it felt on my end.

Initial Phone Round with Recruiter: Discussed the job description and interview process.
Coding Round: Implemented a blocking queue with get(), put(), and multiput() methods using locks and conditions to handle concurrency.
System Design Round: Designed a distributed job scheduler and executor.
Database Design Round: Explored SQL and NoSQL databases, then designed a data model for an e-commerce platform with a focus on the payment service.

After completing these rounds, I received a generic rejection email from HR. From what I gathered, they might have been looking for specific domain knowledge for this role.
