I recently had the opportunity to interview with Agoda. After going through three rounds and waiting for over a month, I received a rejection email from HR. Based on my experience, I’d advise being mindful of the time and energy you invest in such opportunities.

Initial Round with Recruiter:

Discussed the opportunity and interview process.

Coding Round:

Solved problems involving the sliding window pattern and string manipulation (both medium-level difficulty).

System Design Round:

Asked to design a platform like Booking.com, focusing on search and booking services.

Expectation Call:

Had a discussion with HR regarding compensation.

The next planned rounds were supposed to include a Deep Tech Discussion and a Hiring Manager Round.
However, after waiting for over a month and following up 4-5 times, I received a generic rejection email.
