I am an Indian too, have been actively giving interviews since 2 months. I have given interview rounds with Indian as well as European / US interviewers. But none of my Indian interviewer seemed friendly. And all of the international interviewers were super chill.

Why? Who hurt you brother?

I am not even talking about tech rounds, I am talking about HM rounds. Why does one have to be mean and rude in HM rounds?

And I don't know what hurry they are in, when I say, 'I will tell you a few approaches', they pick up the first one I say, and diverge the conversation, whereas I told the simple naive one to eventually move to the optimal approach.

Am I doing it wrong?
