Follow up: Generat n different Bingo Cards. Bingo Card 1 is different than Bingo Card 2 if every row in Bingo Card 1 is different than every row in Bingo Card 2. I used rejection sampling, but the interviewer is not satisfied with my answer. Any other approachs?
