Deloitte On-Campus Recruitment Process
Online Assessment (OA) Round:
After the resume shortlisting, the first stage of the recruitment process was an Online Assessment. This round consisted of 45 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 1 hour. The questions covered various topics, including aptitude, English, data integration, and computer fundamentals. Notably, there were no coding questions in this round.
Group Discussion (GD) Round:
Following the OA, the next step was a Group Discussion. In this round, candidates were presented with a case study article. They were given 10-15 minutes to analyze the content and formulate their responses. Each participant was then expected to provide a solution based on their analysis, demonstrating both their understanding of the topic and their ability to communicate effectively in a group setting.
Technical Interview:
The final round was the Technical Interview, where candidates were questioned about the content listed on their resumes. This included in-depth discussions on basic data structures and algorithms (DSA) as well as development-related questions. The interviewers focused on assessing the candidate's technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, ensuring that candidates had a solid grasp of the subjects they claimed to be proficient in.
