B.S. in Engineering at top local university, high GPA, learned most of the relevant things by myself and through online courses.
184 Questions Completed - 117 Easy, 61 Medium, 6 Hard
Online Round (65 minutes) :
3 coding questions more based on logic rather than algo & ds.
Completed all of them without problems.
Phone screen (30 minutes) :
Questions about projects. (5 minutes)
Smallest subarray with all occurrences of a most frequent element (you can find it on GFG). (20 minutes)
Question for interviewer. (5 minutes)
Virtual Onsite (4 rounds, ~45 mins each, no lunch) :

Questions about projects, technical and behavioural questions (25 minutes).
LRU Cache ( 20 minutes).
Interviewer preferred a solution using built-in linked hashmap. -
Round 2
Mix of technical questions (DevOps, networks, etc) and behavioral questions. (40 minutes)
Questions for interviewer. (5-10 minutes) -
Round 3
Questions on projects and behavioral questions (around 25 minutes).
Simple string problem (no algo/ds) (10 minutes).
Another string problem, build a palindrome with given length and number of unique chars. ( ~8 minutes)
I got a bit stuck on the second one even though it is quite simple, so I didn't manage to finish it.
Questions to interviewer. (~5 minutes) -
Round 4
Behavioral questions and technical questions (scalability and databases). ( 25 minutes)
Questions for interviewer. (15 minutes)
Thoughts:
- Every single problem was just copy-pasted by the interviewer, no ambiguity whatsoever.
- Most of the problems were not even related to algo or ds.
- Probably got rejected because of the coding problems, I was getting quite confused by the copy-paste of a lot of text and needed some time to understand what is the problem about.
- Many questions on different technologies, which I haven't seen in any interview posts, also many questions regarding team work.
- Out of 4 interviewers during the onsite, 3 were engineering managers and one was a senior developer.
