I got interviewed at Epifi for SDE-1 (Golang developer). I mailed my resume to the HR and got the call.\n\n**About Me -**\n**Education:** B.Tech Tier 1 (Top 10 NIT)\n**Company:** SDE1 at Startup\n**Years of Experience:** 14 months\n\n**Round 1: DSA Problem**\nI was asked to solve the [**Minimum Replacements to Sort the Array**](https://leetcode.com/problems/minimum-replacements-to-sort-the-array/description/) problem.\nStarted with a recursive solution and then relaised  better approach while doing so.\nWhile I was able to complete the problem, it took me more than an hour to do so.\nWhen asked to dry run my solution and asked me to give the final array after changes, I struggled to explain it properly, which contributed to my rejection in this round.\n\n**Feedback:**\nI was rejected after the first round due to taking too long to solve the problem and my inability to confidently walk through the dry run of my solution.
