Recently Accenture came to our college for recruitment.

College Tier - 3
Job Role - Associate Software Engineer (ASE) & Advanced Associate Software Engineer (AASE)
Batch - 2025 Passout
CTC - 4.5 LPA for ASE & 6.5 LPA for AASE

The overall drive had 4 rounds, with 3 being elimination rounds.

Round 1 (Cognitive and Technical Assessement) (elimination) -
Time - 90 mins
Questions - 90
Topics - Verbal, critical thinking, cloud based, network and security.

Those students who cleared this round were allowed to sit for the next round which was coding assessment.

Round 2 (Coding Round) (elimination) -
Topics - Arrays, strings, math based, etc..
Time - 45 minutes
There were 2 coding questions which could be solved in any language.
Most of my friends who were eliminated in this round said they solved only 1 question.
Overall this round was easy.

Round 3 (Communication Round) (non-elimination) -
Topics - Repeat the sentence, read the sentence, rearrange the sentence, answer the question, open minded questions.
Time - Around 17 minutes
This round was non-elimination but compulsory for all those who cleared coding round.

Round 4 (Technical + HR virtual interview) (elimination) -
This was final round where there was only 1 interviewer who asked both technical questions and managerial questions.
Time - Varied from 10 mins to 25 mins for each candidate
Questions asked to me-

  1. Introduction.
  2. Past internship experience.
  3. Difficulties faced.
  4. Least favorite academic subject.
  5. Unique thing about college.
  6. Phases in software development (Waterfall model).

Overall the interview went well.
