I am posting my rough solution in the comments that I had discussed during interview. Had a good discussion with the interviewer.
There are additional concepts that I discussed like geoHashLocations, socket for real time tracking updates and kafka queues,etc.
Interviewer even said that it was a good discussion and we covered most of the parts. He even said that HR will be reaching out to you for next loop of rounds and discuss more about the team and all.

I was a expecting a positive feedback but it still it came negative.🥲
