Round 1(Exploratory Discussion)(1 hour):
Was asked about my past experiences, SDLC followed in my current company and high level design discussions.Was also given an easy coding problem: Check if a string exists in a circular string.

Round 2(DSA)(1hour):
Problem 1: https://leetcode.com/problems/climbing-stairs/description/
Problem 2: Given a sudoku with some empty spots, check if it is valid.

Answered both the problems

Round 3(Design)(1hour):
Started with the architecture discussuion of my current project. Then moved to the design problem:
Deisgn URL shortner.
Discussed the Back of the Envelope estimations, api contract, database design and the high level design for efficiently generating random unique short urls. Also discussed about sharding the database for efficient queries.
Interviewer also asked about LRU cache implementation since I had mentioned caching in my design.

Round 4(Infrastructure Round)(30 minutes):
Questions related to cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Kubernetes. Did not go well as I did not have much experience with it.

Verdict: Rejected

The whole process took more than a month. They would have conducted 2 more rounds (Hiring Manager and Bar Raiser) if the feedback had been positive.
