I came across this linkedin post stating that Ola is hiring across multiple roles in July. I applied on the link, Since I was actively looking out. Next day I got a call from a recruiter who said that Ola would conclude all the rounds in One day. Next day the interviews happened.

Round 1 (PS/DS) [60 Mins]:

• Interviewer was a Senior SDE working at Ola for four years. She first made me comfortable by asking my introduction, the kind of work I've been doing at my current organization, then she asked a standard DP problem. I gave her a brute force approach first and then also told her how I could optimize it. I wrote the code and gave her a complete dry run over multiple test cases she was throwing at me. I was stuck at some places but she was really helpful. This interview was very interactive.
  Verdict: HIRE

Round 2 (LLD+HLD) [90 Mins]

• This time interviewer was an Engineering Manager who has been working here at Ola for past 5+ years. Initially he was interested to know about the team I was part of, Most challenging work I have encountered so far and then He gave me Ola's own internal notification system to design. His expectation was a complete HLD, LLD components and its skeleton code, APIs and DB Schemas. I gathered all the requirements and then I got started with the design. He literally grilled me a lot in this session and was throwing multiple scenarios while I was designing the system. I personally enjoyed this session. After the interview was concluded, I asked some more questions about teams, culture etc.
  Verdict: HIRE

Round 3 (Hiring Manager) [45 Mins]

• The interviewer was a Senior HR here. He asked me some behavioural questions first. Then we discussed about my expected compensation and when I can join.
