Got email for OA at the start of march

OA1 Debugging round (7/7)
OA2 Coding round (All test case passed on both problems)
OA3 Work simulation round and logical Reasoning

Got Rejection mail on 30/03/2020

I passed all test cases on OA1 and OA2 . Work simulation round is mostly based on common sense , did not know what could go wrong in work simulation round , I solved all 25 logical reasoning question .
I don't know what could possibly go wrong , I was confident that I will get interview call , did well in all OA .
Can anyone suggest what went wrong , so I will be better prepared next time .
