Hi everyone, I recently had my google L4 onsite interviews and got feedback , want to ask community feq queries regarding the same.\nEducation : M.Tech from Tier1 College\nCurrent TC : 25LPA\nExperience : 3YOE\n\nOnsite Round 1 : H/SH ( DP+Bitmasking)\nOnsite Round 2 : Lean Hire and Lean No Hire in between for L4 and Hire for L3( Sliding Window)\nOnsite Round 3:  Lean No Hire for L4 and Hire for L3 ( Longest Increasing Subsequence Modification)\nGooglyness : H/SH\n\nNow my recruiter has said for L4 will definitely do team matching but manager might ask for extra 1-2 coding rounds. And for L3 he said we can go ahead without any further rounds.\nSo said for few weeks will try for team matching if not will go directly with L3\n\nI have few questions regarding the same:\n1) Is it possible to get L4 or L3 with the ratings\n2) Is it worth going for L3 given my experience\n3) How much time it might take to get from L3 to L4\n4) What happens if I don\'t perform well in extra coding rounds for L4\n\nThanks a lot for the guidance and support.
