Decode Ways](https://leetcode.com/problems/decode-ways/description/)\n- Discussed logic, approach, and provided a dry run.\n- Coded solutions in Hackerrank, adjusted for changing edge cases.\n- Received a call from the recruiter 15 minutes later, selected for the second round on 22nd June 2024.\n\n**Technical Round 2 (1 hour)**\n- Two interviewers present.\n- Discussed resume and projects.\n- **Questions:**\n  1. [162. Find Peak Element](https://leetcode.com/problems/find-peak-element/description/)\n  2. [1248. Count Number of Nice Subarrays](https://leetcode.com/problems/count-number-of-nice-subarrays/description/)\n- Shared a Leetcode link for [3. Longest Substring Without Repeating Characters](https://leetcode.com/problems/longest-substring-without-repeating-characters/), but skipped as it was already solved.\n- Discussed approach and thought process, provided solutions.\n\n**Hiring Manager Round (27th June 2024)**\n- Focus on resume and project discussions. \n- Had a detailed and depth QnA of my projects .\n- Explained project architecture and answered technical questions.\n- Solved an additional DSA question and discussed design questions.\n- Preferred location discussed (Bengaluru).\n\n**HR Round (28th June 2024)**\n- Discussed work experience, salary expectations, and location preferences.\n- Recruiter mentioned available positions in Hyderabad, preferred Bengaluru.\n- Assured of finding a position in Bengaluru.\n- Recruiter contacted twice for a full-stack role (80% frontend, 20% backend), I prefer backend roles to which the recruiter said that will take more time.\n\n**Result:**\n- Waiting for a suitable backend position in Bengaluru.\n\n\n**update:**\n- Got the Offer letter in August but i rejcted it .
