So I applied through Linkedin post by the recruiter of Flipkart. Then I got the OA link. Cleared it .
Got the interview round 1 PS/DS
Questions asked were :-
- Kadane's Algorithm based
- Diameter of a binary tree ( The question wasn't asked directly, had to figure out that the requirement is finding the diameter)
Was able to solve both questions efficiently with time complexities.
I kept on waiting for the result of round 1 for months but the recruiter ghosted me :(
After 1.5 months I again got OA link for SDE-1 from the same recruiter. I gave the OA.
Round 1 PS/DS was scheduled. Questions asked were:-
- 3 sum problem
- Minimum speed to arrive on time ( leetcode no: 1870, binary search based approach)
Solved both questions efficeintly , interviewer was happy with my approach and explanation.
Kept on waiting for 1 month and again the recruiter ghosted me. I sent her mail but she didn't replied back any of them.
The same recruiter ghosted me twice even after performing this well in both OA and the inetview.
This kind of behaviour really hammers the spirit of the candidate.
Either selected or rejected, the candidate must be informed about the results.
