I just wanted to let you guys know of the terrible HR team of Flipkart and get your opinions on to what this situation is !!
I interviewed with Flipkart for SDE-2 role this month and the rounds were as following :
Machine Coding Round : This round went for around 2.5-3 hours, had to design a movie review system with certain functionalities, this round went pretty well as I was also able to write some optional requirements.

Got the call next morning for next round.

PS/DS : Was scheduled for 10 June, pretty standard round 2 DSA questions, don't remember both the questions but 1 question was (Path Sum 2) - https://leetcode.com/problems/path-sum-ii/description/

Again, got the call next morning for Design Round

Design Round : Was asked to design spotify both LLD + HLD and scalability discussions, I answered all the questions except for how we will implement search (forgot elasticSearch DB xD), but anyways according to me and from interviewer reaction I thought the round went well.

Now this is where it gets interesting, I got no call next day this time I assumed they might need some time because next round was supposed to be HM, so availability and all. But I received no call for interview or any intimation of rejection or job being filled.
I have tried to call, mail and text the recruiters but got no replies (I have been trying for 2 weeks now), I even tried to connect with Design Round interviewer to get some info but even he ghosted me on LinkedIn lol.

Just wanted to rant and let my fellow leetcoders know that, hey this can also happen (this is my first experience of this sort). I have no idea what to make of this situation.
