I have given interview for the Toronto. I have totally 7 years experince.

How did i apply :
As like most of of them, interviewer contacted my mid of feb 2020 via linkedin. Immediaty after, he has set up a phone conversation to explain on the opening.

First round :- Online test : Asked 2 program :

• Variation of Island in leetCode
• Server and File :-Zoombie matrix

All the testcases are passed and , called for phone interview .

Phone interview
It went for 1 hour: 1LP+ Java+ 1 Coding

• LP : Tell me about the one of the challenge you have faced : I told about the management challenge , but they expected as techinical challenge . I have give an exmple in STAR format and some follow up question .(15Minute)
• Java : Data structure , Hashmap and List -compexity and internal achitecture(15 Minute)
• Coding : Return the anagrams from the list of input : I have given a solution immediately , with sorting logic and with his permission ,i started the coding. I have partially completed the program and before finising it , interviewer asked me to stop ,since he got the flow.(25 Minute)
• QA : I asked about project and work culture.(5 minute)

I was so confident and happy after the interview .Waited for a positive response , unfortuately after 2 days , got a reply from the interviewer ,we are not going further with your candidature . Am absolutely down after that , am not sure where did i do mistake ? What would be the validity of the coding test?

Advice: As like one of the experience shared by some one , "There is no bad time , its the time to refine more"
