Accenture On campus Interview Experience 2024.

Accenture Company is a service based company . It has approached our college in Nov 2023 and has provided job opportunity for 2 roles. One is Associate Software Engineer(ASE - 4.5LPA) and another is Advanced Associate Software Engineer(AASE- 6.5LPA).

Their recruitment process starts with online application in their own management portal. Later the selected candidates will receive a mail from the company about the next steps.

1. Online Assessment: This round is conducted in the college premises it self under the invigilation of Accenture team. The test focuses on Verbal ability, Reasoning and Coding. They are divided into sections. Verbal ability and reasoning are around 20 questions each approx. In coding we have 2 questions one will be mostly be easy and another might be easy or medium level. Mostly focused on strings and arrays, we can use any programming language. I answered one question completely and another one partial because of internet issues.

Now after completion we will receive updates in both whatsapp and mail about our exam status. If we have qualified we will be getting the details of next part.

2. Communication round: I cleared the online test and received my mail in 24 hours. Communication round is totally based on soft skills i.e., Speaking, Listening, writing, and reading. It is pretty easy and can be completed with minimum practice . It is not an elimination round.

After we complete this part we get the interview mail and they ask us to pick slots for our interview. We can pick slot on our own interest but it is always good to take early slots as much as possible.

3. Interview Round: This round is conducted in online platform in a video call with your interviewer. I booked my interview slot at 10:20 AM which is the second slot in the morning. I got connected to my interviewer who was very humble and welcoming. Now coming to the questions:

Introduce yourself
What are the projects which you did in college?
Tell me about your college group project.(In detail description about the project.)
Describe me about the difficulties faced during the group project.
What is the difference you have faced during a group and an individual development of the projects(pros and cons on both the ends).
What was your role during the project?
Do you have any questions to ask me?
My interview lasted for around 15 to 20 mins . And I have answered all the questions in my opinion it is generally a resume based interview and it varies for each and every one so you must be prepared for all the cases because sometimes the interviewer may ask about the coding questions which you got in the exam. We need to answer all the questions confidently and be honest enough to say no if you do not know about it.

Around 100 candidates got shortlisted for the interview and 36 among them have got selected including me :)
