Guys i want to share my Bentley Interview Experience (it was for Fresher job role) , idk but this was the worst interview Experience i every had , i being doing cp recently and id have that much experience when it comes to backend (not lying)
in my project i used python for backend like flask or django . i managed to clear OA round(which was ez for cp programmer as we are used to solve more complex problem in contest). i went for the interview and they start with my project and brought me to core algorithm (i was working with gen ai ) . then senior developer gave me problem statement and told me to Draw a block diagram of a solution.(He specifillay mentioned BLOCK DIAGRAM)

problem Statment(this is how he asked me in interview):
Suppose there is 7 floor builder with various organization and there are four types of people and a Security guard
1)Owner who could access any floor
2)Employee who could only go to floor of his organization
3)Cleaning staff who could go to any floor but need to ask for permission
4)Mantaince staff which could be called by either employee or owner
what would be soultion for Security guard?

so like any human i started created various class into a box like Owner , employpee and other
i was telling him we need some process to check validity of evey person like authetication (i was told to draw a block diagram of solution) this was the first time i was doing some system desgining stuff.

he was like yk what you are making thing complicated, i am asking for solution this is not solution
then gave up. he told me you are jumping to third step, the first step was simple solution

just gave security guard list of people who could pass?
and i was like 🤡
really!!!
