This is my experience with AlphaSense, Python Dev. All interviews were spaced 1 per week.
R1 - HR Call + Resume Walkthrough (45 mins)
HR took every detail from experience previous company, current roles and responsibilities. They might ask you to change the job you may have applied for if they see another opening fits better. This happened to me.
R2 - Hackerrank Test (1hr)
Can't remember the exact question, but had some Pythonic MCQs, 1 Coding and 1 SQL query.
R3 - DSA (1hr), working code.
R4 - Design (originally was for 1hr, overflowed to 1.5hrs)
The interviewer didn't wan't to ask generic question, asked in detail on my current projects:
R5 - HM (75 mins)
This felt like a conversation instead of an interview:
TA said everything looks positive and decision can be made in 10 days, but now does not respond to calls or mails. Although the interviews were conducted professionally and were swift on time, it feels like a complete waste now.
Update: TA said hiring recaliberation, guess we all know what this means - back to the drawing board.
