Had interview in May 2024\n\n**(Online Coding Assessment) \u2014 90 mins**\nThere were 5 MCQ questions and 1 DSA problem. The MCQs were based on following topics -\n\nClass, interface question\nDesign Pattern\nREST API or SOAP API\nJSON Response Body in API response\nDatabase related question\n\nThe DSA problem was Find if given linked list is palindrome or not ?\n\n***Recruiter approached after clearing the online coding round.*** \nI was given an open-ended problem statement and was asked to design & develop the solution within 2 days. \n\n***Interviews***\n\n**Round 1: Craft demonstration - 60 mins**\n- Presented my solution for the given problem statement. \n- It was a SpringBoot BE application with Kafka, swagger, snyk, jacoco, h2, unit tests & some other plugins integrated. \n- Also presented LLD/HLD documents for the same. \n- Was asked to make some changes on the fly considering it was an open-ended statement. \n- Prepared statements v/s @Query \n- null v/s non-null fields in SQL \n- why choose SQL \n- Some performance based questions  \n\n*Feedback: positive*\n\n**Round 2: Assessor Round - 45 mins**\n- asked few question on resume \n- Java 8 vs Java 11 vs Java 17 \n- DSA - graph question - something similar to disconnected components \n\n*Feedback: positive*\n\n**Round 3: Team Member Round - 30 mins**\n- asked few question on resume \n- explain current project you\'re working on in current company \n- some questions on deployment to kubernetes pods \n- Design an eCommerce website \n\t- API contracts \n\t- DB Design \n- OOPs - polymorphism, abstraction \n- multithreading \n\n*Feedback: positive*\n\n**Round 4: Hiring Manager Round - 30 mins**\n- technical questions\n- given 1 billion student objects, will it fit into memory \n- design a module that counts number of visits on a webpage \n- I asked question wrt the product, revenues, business, challenges \n- meeting got stretched 15-20 mins\n\n*Feedback: positive*\n\nMeeting ended around 6 PM. Got confirmation call next day saying I have cleared all the round.
