Didn't realize I posted on the wrong section. Posting it in the Interview Experience section.

I got rejected a while back and I was pretty down about it for a while but I feel like I've picked myself back up. My recruiter was pretty helpful and explained the situation to me. I'm still pretty bummed out but I plan on applying again in the near future and hopefully I can get the offer then.

Prep:
Although I didn't get an offer, maybe you can do more to prepare and get an offer. I completed something like 120 LC questions. Started off doing a few easy, and then focused on mostly medium and hard. Read CTCI and did grokking the system design interview just in case. Here are some things I read or studied in my free time. Onsite
I had 5 rounds of 45-minute interviews and a lunch with a googler. All the rounds started off with some light introduction and some behavioral questions. 1 round in particular was focused only on behavioral and covered what you call "Googlyness"

Round 1: Stream of Characters

Round 2: Behavioral/Googlyness
Behavioral, situational, deep dive, leadership questions. I assumed they looked for GCA (General Cognitive Abilities) and Googlyness which embodies different principles. Simply put it felt like they were looking for someone who has leadership instincts and personable at the same time. Generally a culture fit interview.

Round 3: 24 Game

Lunch: Lunch with the googler was pretty chill. I asked about what it's like working at the copy and they were pretty open about everything. I tried to be personable and show that I fit into the culture.
