I tried to get referal from existing employees on LinkedIn following which i got a call from the HR.

Round 1 : Problem Solving

1. Being a gaming company interviewer asked a question related to generating ranks of users on leaderboard for a game. Got extended to multiple games, db schema and complexity discussions based on queries.
2. Medium Leetcode question based on dp (similar to min steps needed to reach the end)

The interviewer was not even able to convey what he wanted to ask correctly and rejected me even after i was able to provide fully coded solutions.
