Position: Associate Back End Software Engineer at Manulife
Location: Waterloo, Ontario

Basically, there were three rounds in the whole interview process.

Round-1
HR - Phone Call (15 Minutes)

• Background
• Discussion about the role

Round-2
Online Coding Assessment (2 Hours)
Platform - Hacker Rank
3 Questions:
Q:1 was easy
Q:2 was average
Q:3 was little hard

Round-3
In-person interview at Kitchener, Ontario (1.5 hours)

• Introduction
• Explain any project on whiteboard.
• Scenario based OOP question to explain with class diagram on whiteboard.
• Technical Questions (OOP, SQL, Database, GitHub, Agile, etc.)
• Behavioral Questions

In total whole process took around 15 days, I got an offer right after 3 business days of in-person interview and I accepted it.
