Okay,
So everything went well in the Interviews till.......

This the story about the weirdest interview experience that I had!!!!!

So as everybody else I had my first round of Codeknack in Ibm on 12th January 2024. I passed!
Second round was scheduled on the same day which was an english assessment..I passed that too!
Then I received and email for GD round on 18th January 2024 which was offline and it consumed the whole day!!...a lot of time was wasted..but overall GD experience was okayish..majority of the people were selected in the GD round.
Then was the interviews on 19th January 2024 which were offline but we had to attend using laptop..this was quite weird..i mean were we at IBM interview location and interviews were taken online..haha..it would have been better if they could have asked us to stay at home and give the interview , but anyways..Interview was easy for some and hard for some..mostly questions were from resume...
In the next two days I got the selection mail!!....Yayyy..all exciting right??
I had rejected my other offer at company in mumbai...I was all happy to join IBM...but little I know..god had different plans!!

after receiving selection email..only 5 of the selected candidates got EOI and joining offer which was of date 18th february 2024...I thought I will get one soon..but..
on 12th February 2024 ,10 of us got interview mail...WE WERE GETTING INTERVIEWED AGAIN!!!!!
and this was elimination...I got worried..it was an average interview experience.. little tough..I regretted rejecting my other offers.
the first batch of people who got joining on 18th February 2024 , their joining shifted to 20th march 2024.
many of us who got interview mails..got rejection mail by 1st march 2024..Even I was rejected...Very bad experience..never thought this would happen.
In my batch..i.e second batch of students got joining of 20th april 2024. Then there were third batch of students who dont even know their joining!
So basically whole process was like a scam..getting selection letter..and interviews again batchwise..and then rejection...very bad experience!

DONT EVER TAKE ANY DECISION OR CONSIDER THAT YOU ARE SELECTED UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU GET THE JOINING DATE CONFIMED!
ALSO ACCEPT THE FIRST OFFER THAT YOU GET AS A FRESHER!!

Its a tough market..be on your toes!
