Design the backend for a web application for a rental car reservation system that allows users to reserve a car online.
Assumptions :
- Assume that there is a pre-built system for user management and processing payments.

- User comes to a website, has a user id, picks a car of a capacity - (S, M, L) - specifies a date range and location as city.
- Users can make reservations up to a year in advance.
