I am Mr.D , currently working at a product based MNC @ chennai with 2.6 years(1yr Service based Industry + 1.6 yrs Product now emerging cloud ) of expereince in the industry , non - CS Tier 3 college ,

I started preparing for interviews exaclty 9 months before , Learnt DSA - solved 500+ LC , LLD , chewing HLD , now in the midst of the prep journey not getting any interview calls after December 2023.

I was rejected by these companies last year in demise.

1. Google - HC reject
2. Amazon - OA not passed
3. Paypal - interviewer ghosted
4. Walmart - interviewer ghosted , no feedback.

Though I got good offers from Sprinkler , MMT , I-Pac , Fresh works , I rejected it since I believe am good fit for SDE 2 roles .

Now I am facing disasterous mental depression day by day questioning my inner ability to crack those jobs? , Am I a good fit? , do I have enough skills? , or I am not worth it ?.

I am dis heartened , broken and now having slef doubt within me , I too have afear of layoffs today though not my company is in the list of laying off people , I feel sadened about the growth within the organization feeling saturation in numbers to grow.

I still continue to prepare every day and hope for the best to come .

Let me try hard to prove my ability to move a step ahead this year , challenges are part and parcel of life , let me try with another round of confidence
setting my deadline to April 11 which marks 100 days of my journey to job search at MAANG this year .

Edit 1- Why I Rejected those offers , Am I Over Ambitious ???
A. Non - CS background (Mech) Tier 3 college --- [ never coded much in my college days - was struck with UPSC IES Exam ] ,
B. These companies gave me sde 1 roles , but I aim for SDE 2+ roles with my 3+ years of experience
C. Never joined nor going to join any paid courses, -> same wavelength of yours as I believe Learning is democratized plethora of resources online free though some structured
D. I rejected as I need to relocate to bangalore and it was still SDE 1 , I am aiming at SDE2
