Russian Interviewer who was not at all audible. He didn't even resolve this issue inspite of multiple requests & said he didn't have a mic or a headphone. He gave a leetcode easy problem : Given an array of integers & window size, return a list(double) of averages of the sliding window.

I solved it in 5 min but he didn't understand the approach & inspite of explaining him 2-3 times I came up with another approach in 5min & he even struggled to understand that even after giving him a dry run & writing unit testcases along with outputs. I wanted to solve another problem but he was not at all interested in moving on to the next one. Wasted solid 30-35min time there & he said time's up after 35min. I even explained him the time & space complexities.

I have always struggled to interact with Asians, russians & all other people who have thick accents & who struggle to communicate effectively.

Requested the recruiter with another phone screen with a better communicative person with a mic/headphone just in case the feedback is negative.
