Comapny Name: Recruit CRM
Role: Graduate Trainee Engineer
This was a off campus hiring for 2024 Graduates.
The Recruitment process have 4 round:

• First Round: This was a technical MCQ based test of 30 minutes consisting of 25-30 questions.
  [CLEARED]

• Second Round: This round was a online coding test on a platform(didn't remember the name).
  This consist of two coding questions to be solved in a time frame on 60 minutes.
  Both questions were of medium level difficulty based on the usecase of hashmaps and stack.
  Solved both questions within 30 minutes and cleared the second round.
  [CLEARED]

• Third Round: A Technical interview was scheduled with a Senior Software Developer.
  This was a complete DSA based round.
  He asked me only a single DSA questions (medium level) but multiple follow up questions by increasing the difficulty step by step.
  This round lasted nearly 40 minutes and the interviewer was satisfied with my approach and solution.
  [CLEARED]

• Fourth Round: This was a HR Round taken by the co-founder of the company.
  I have already done research about the company for this round.
  He asked me what do you know about the company and why do you want to join the company.
  I asked some questions about the company and he ended the interview by saying this is all from my side.
  The round lasted for 12-15 minutes.
  I was feeling good as all the interviews went well.

After two weeks I recieved a mail conveying that "we are moving forward with other candidates".

Verdict: Rejected

I don't know what went wrong. This was really demotivating, getting rejected on the last phase of the process.
