Status: 3 YOE\nPosition: SDE-2\nLocation: Seattle, USA\nDate: Sept, 2019\n\nMS in CS from a decent university.\nWas conatcted by HR on Linkedin.\n\nOnline Assesement- AMcat (90 Minutes):\n\t- 2 medium standard leetcode problems.\n\t- Complexity and code explaination for these problems. \n\t\nOnsite (4 rounds):\n\nRound 1: Coding and Behavioral\nOne question regarding Amazon LP, other leetcode medium.\n\nRound 2: Coding, Behavioral and techincal conecpt of OOPS.\nOne question regarding Amazon LP, other leetcode medium.\n\nRound 3: System Design and Behavioral\nTiny URL design, more focus on databses to be used.\n\nRound 4: Coding and Behavioral.\nLeetcode hard and again one question regarding Amazon LP.\n\nThey focus a lot on leadership principle, its better to prepare 2 examples for each of the LP, as 2 interviewer can ask the same questions. Sometimes the behviorial question was followed up by anoher leadership principle in the same example. \n\nResults:\nThanks to Leetcode community, thier insights helped me a lot to prepare for the interview. The tagged questions helped a lot to prepare for the specific problems. By the time of the interview I solved only 50+ questions. Read CTCI for brushing up my DS concepts.\nFor System design watched Tushar Roy\'s video and interview bit.\nFor the behavioral followed the pattern explained in Interview Genie. \nThe team and the company are very good.
