Recently I interviewed for Accolite Digital for Full time SDE role (2024 batch)
Compensation -> 8lpa + 3L bonus

Hiring process
-> Online test
-> 3 technical interviews
-> HR round

I was rejected after second interview.

Here is what happened in 2nd technical round
-> interviewer scrolling reels while I am explaining him all types of Joins in DBMS
-> interviewer told me to solve a coding question in last 5 mins. When I started explaining him the approach, he simply told me- "I dont care about the approach, I want the code in 5 mins"

I dont know who forced him to take my interview!!!
