Application Process:

1. Application Form

   • Some personal basic details to be filled in the form along with LinkedIn Id.

2. Online Coding Test

   • Conducted on HackerRank Platform.
   • There were two sections in the test.
   Section 1- (90 mins): Questions which are technical in nature evaluating concepts of Data Structures and Algorithm (coding) 
   Section 2- (30 mins): This section will consist of a subjective question wherein you will need to let them know why you would want to be a part of the CoachIn program. Please note that the answer could be up to 350 words max.

   My Experience:

   • Three Coding Questions in Section 1 to be solved under 90 mins
   • Level of Test : Leetcode easy to medium
   • Coding Questions were based on arrays, searching, sorting, linked list, vectors

   I solved all the coding questions fully and was selected for the next round.

3. Phone Interview

   Was asked some questions like:

   • Introduction
   • Why you want to be a part of the program?
   • How many hours you can dedicate to the program?
   • Plans after completing B.Tech?
   • Part of any College Club?
   • Are you part of any other mentorship program?

   Result: Got the selection mail after 2 days.
