Hey everyone,
I see many posts here saying they grinded alot in leetcode, and sleeping very little. But I just want to remind you guys that your own health is more important. When you get your job, you won't be doing this. You need to be great at other things too! You grind leetcode so much that you can't do anything else, then you'll get fired pretty quick.
But if you guys are curious on what I did. I was lurking around searching for answers (hoping there is a one way ticket to this). But all in all, it's different for everyone, everyone learns at a different pace. But all I did was read Cracking the Coding Interview (CTCI) to undertand the very basics, and how to approach a problem. I also did 10 easy, 40 medium, and 3 hards.
Remember, drink lots of water, go exercise, go do whatever, just take a break from this. You guys have to know that there are many factors you can't control. Whether it is the interviewer having a bad mood that day, or they ask you something you haven't done, or you're nervous during the interview, or you're just not a good fit for this company but you will be an amazing fit for another.
Take care of yourselves. :)
From a student just like most of you guys on here.
