I have recently interviewed with Google fot L4 position.\nI have total 7.7 years of experiances.\nI have completed all interview rounds at google for L4, after HC dicussion they are saying I will be down-level to L3 position. with additional coding interview.\nAll my interviews went well expect one round. this down - level giving me lot of dissapointment.\nIs it worth joining google for L3 position with 8 years of experiance in hand ?\nIf I join google as L3 how much time it will take me for L4?\nwhat will be the salary range for L3?\nis it safe now to join Google with all these recession and all ?\n\nI feel highly demotivated.
