Interview started at 10:00 am till 4:00 PM (including 40 minutes lunch discussion).

Recruiter called next day and mentioned that it was a close call, but the team decided to reject me.
Not sure if its a standard response to everyone - but Recruiter saying it was close call - was comforting a little bit :)
Leadership principle (Almost 20-25 questions):
- Tell me the most challenging thing you did in last 3 years
- Tell me a time when you had to go behind your manager's back to do something
- Tell me a time when you had a very strong gut feeling but the team did not agree
- Tell me a time when client asked for something but you went above and proposed new requirements
- Tell me a time when the metrics were showing you data that you thought was wrong. What happened how did you fit it
- Tell me your most impactfull project
- Tell me a time when you had to convince others to go with your approach
- Tell me a time when you knew were wrong and what did you do about it
- Tell me a time when you had to deliver something with critical delivery deadlines
- Multiple questions around - tell me a time when you had to do something out of your comfort zone
- Tell me a time when you made something simpler
