This post is about my fourth interview experience after being laid-off.
A bit of background about me
So, I had around 1 year and 4 months of experience before being laid-off from my company.
The situation was horiffic considering I lost my touch with DSA and given the market scenario at the time.
Took a day to cool down and then created accounts on every popular job board, took linkedIn premium trial for a month.
So coming back to my 7th Interview experience, I applied through BigShyft.
Company - Simplotel
Location - Bengaluru
Position: SDE -1 Backend
EXP required: 1-3 YOE** 1st Round **
* This was a shot round revolving around Python concepts.
* 15-20 mins duration.
* easy logic based question to be solved in python
* Valid paranthesis
** Round 2 **
* MCQ based OA (DSA)
* duration 30 mins
** Round 3 **
* This was a one hour round revolving around Django concepts
* Interviewer gave me 3 easy medium interviewbit problem links
* At last, they told me that they will share a small assignment (Django Backend)
Completed assignment and submitted
** Round 4 **
* How will you implement some feature like blocking seat in cinema till timeout (while booking on Paytm)
* Django ORM filter query
* Middlewares and decorators
* Above ques were asked indirectly through some use case
** Round 5 **
* Indirectly asking Strengths and Weakness
* situation based questions.
* Represented myself as a best fit for fast paced environment

My motivation for writing these experiences is that people like myself will get exposure that It's not hard once you are in a flow but this interview wasn't the end though.
