I have been through my coding and behaviourial rounds for SWE 3 position at Google. The feedbacks are good and the recruiter has moved me team match stage. Till now I have had 3 team fit calls and none of the hiring managers were staisfied with my previous experience to hire me in their team. I am feelin very much demotivated and stuck. I prepared for these coding rounds for 1.5 years and even after clearing all the rounds I am not getting hired. Any tips on how should I proceed further?

Background about myself:
I have 2.5 years of experience in a FAANG company and was impacted by layoffs. I took the time to focus on Google interviews and hence I do not have any other offers. :(
