Deloitte Conducted National Level Assesment (NLA) this Year in January Month.
The hiring process is divided in 5 parts :
1. Registration
2. Shortlisting (Generally Resume Shortlisting)
3. Online Assesment
4. Interview (Technical + HR)
5. Result Declaration
The ctc offered through NLA is 4.5 LPA
The registeration was started in January 1st week and I also have registered in the same week.
After that shortlisted candidate got a mail for next round which is Online Assesment and I got the same on 16 of January.
After that Deloitte send the mail for slot confirmation mail in which we have to confirm our slot to appear in the Online Assesment and I have confirmed my slot on the very first day (you got a choice in which day you want to give exam and the exam are conducted nearly 7 days on three different timings. You can choose between them).
My assesment was on 18 of January at 9:30 PM. I have appeared in the assensment.
The assesment is of 90 minutes
It containt questions related to Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical reasoning and Computer Basics as well as programming logics. This is all about only 60 minutes of test, another 30 minutes is for coding round which contain only two programming questions. You have multiple language options like C, C++, Python, Java, etc. The 1st coding question was of easy level and 2nd was mordrate I solved both question under 20 minutes only :)
I got the mail for Personal Interview round on 3rd Feburary and for interview slot confirmation mail on same day. My interview was on 6th of Feburary at 10:50 AM.
Interview Experience, My interview lasts for 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, Interviewer asked me multiple questions related to C++(because I have mentioned in my introduction, that C++ is my domain language) and after that some questions on JAVA and MySQL(as it is mentioned in my resume).
She asked me two basic coding questions (may be just to check my confidence and typing because questions were very easy):
- Swap two numbers without using 3rd variable
- To print one statement in Multiple languages (in C, C++, Python, Java. I have done in 4 Languages).
The interview was good at my level and I have answered all the questions. The panalist also suggest me what to do next
I got the result on 22nd of March and I got a Positive result and offered ctc of 4.5 LPA.
