I was intereviewed for Staff Software Engineer in Calix , process took 20 days , 4 interviewes completed , discussion happened with HR regarding compensation , i had given my numbers , HR said she will check and call back , but no call till now ,sent multiple emails , i doubt HR is ghosting , so my suggestion is , companies should learn to respect the other person of the interview table .
