I interviewed for Molex BLR for senior Java developer BLR. Here are the Rounds details:

Round 1:
There was a senior Developer(with 8 yrs of exp)

Q1 segregate 0 and 1 in array in place.
I gave brute force and later optimised using 2 pointers

Second part consists of JAVA 8 features mostly interfaces, lambda expression and stream APIs

Round 2

This was taken by senior Manager

He introduced himself then I did. After that he asked me about my project and then asked in in depth about JAVA 8 features, and interfaces. Internal working of HashMap. concurrentMap.

Also we had discussion about springBoot , its features and various topics like bean scope etc.

Round 3: Managerial Round:

this round was taken by director who was an IIM alumini . he asked me behavioural question. Later he asked me to desgin a traffic system. its more sort of discussion and he wanted to see how I approach the problem set.

Summary first 2 rounds were technical and in depth. Be prepared for coding part and specially your project and skills mentioned in resume. you might be asked many in depth terms .
