Interview Process:
Standard application- resume, letter of recommendation from a computer science/engineering teacher at my school, cover letter, etc- submitted via Workday.

Phone interview- The interviewer just asked me to go over the list of things on my resume. As a high school intern, I wasn't really expected to know too much about the technical side of things, nor to demonstrate any technical knowledge (though I would have welcomed a challenge). It was more of a simple "walk me through what's on your resume", more personal and less technical interview. The interviewer, however, was particularly interested in my work as a competitor in the USA Computing Olympiad, as well as my work on Django which I used to make a database for my teacher. Overall, pretty standard basic interview without much technical aspect involved.
