My thoughts

Culture:
Nice, smart, and international people. But company language is German. Two people interviewed me. One of themgot a Ph.D. in Computer Science. The other was Greek by birth and Team Lead. During the interview, I could use any programming language I wanted in order to solve the programming challenge.

Work
40 hour work week. Overtime gets paid out or you can use it to take off your time. Since this is a consultant company, you may need to travel. There is no dress code within the company. But depending on customers, you may have to wear suits when visiting them.

Perks:
30 days vacation. Very competitive salary (incl. bonus of one moth salary). Flat hierarchy. Very fancy and expensive company cars that you can use in order to drive to customers. They got a big kitchen for a get together. Every week there is fresh fruits in the kitchen. And every year they celebrate Christmas together.
