Status: New Grad from JIIT, Noida
Position: System Engineer at Infosys

The interview went through 2 rounds.

First one was a Online Screening round,
where we were asked questions on Mathematical abilty, Logical reasoning ,English comprehension and DBMS and OOPS concepts.
There were almost 600 students who sat for the exam.

I was very confident of getting through it as my concepts were crystal clear. And the next day when we got the list of short-listed students, I was happy to see my name there.
Anyways, out of 600 students, arround 350 were selected for F2F interview.

Second Round: F2F Interview (Technical);

In this round, we assembled in the auditorium in the morning and after a brief introduction from the Infy HR team, we were distributed into small groups. And the students name were called regularly.
We were called at 4'o clock in the evening and i got to the interviewer room at 5:30.

At first, he asked me about my projects and what work did i do there. He asked me about the most difficult tasks and about those tasks that I thought were easy but later took a lot of debugging/ colloboration with the team. Later, he asked me in deapth about OOPS concepts and DBMS concepts.
And in the last, I was given 2 coding questions to solve. They were easy questions (Leetcode).

This was about my interivew which lasted almost 40-45 minutes.

And after 15 days, when results came out, I was selected. :)
