Behavioural / Culture Interview (1 hour):

• Standard situational questions
• Previous projects and experience discussion
• Very high level system architecture diagram + discussion of a feature / system from previous experience

Android Pairing Interview (1 hour):

• Pair programming exercise on provided Android codebase
• Refactor and implement basic features, using MVVM / MVP, Kotlin Flows / RxJava, following modern practices, with separate layers for UseCases / Repositories.
• Add unit tests, improve testabililty

Result:
