I have 8 Years of experience in Android and React Native. Working in product based company.
Recruiter contacted me on Linkedin in Feb 2022. Initially we decided to set Screening round in March 2022 but I deferred it for two more months to prepare better. One can choose domain round or can replace it with DSA round.

Interview rounds-

1. DSA (May 2022)
2. DSA (May 2022)
3. Googliness or G&L Round (Rescheduled, June 2022)
4. Domain Round - Android(Rescheduled, July 2022)

First Interview - DSA - Easy/Medium question, same can be found on leetcode, no modifications. I applied brute force approach, was O(n) but there was a pattern, so Interviewer expected better approach (logn). I was not able to complete code even after hints. Interviewer was very helpful, he gave me hints and 10 more mins (55 mins) to solve.
Take home - Focus on basics, strong foundation is better than many questions done.

Second Interview - DSA - Medium Provided a scenario, where I need to break down the problem and think about data structure. I did that in first 10 mins. Then code that approach, I used extra variables, missed some basic cases, missed edge cases.
Take home - Think about more use cases then write the solution and do basic problems of each data structure.

Third Round - Googliness round or G&L - Questions were related to leading a situation in software industary. People management and interaction in tough situation, questions regarding this. All went good, because I have some lead experience.

Fourth Round - Android - Design google sheet(spreadsheet) app for mobile - half an hour. 15 minutes were given to Android basics. This round went good, I was able to answer most of questions and Interviewer was happy for design question also.

Outcome -
DSA rounds was not upto the mark,
G&L - Hire,
Android - Strong hire.

Further process - Because I was good in rounds other than DSA. Recruiter is providing me opportunity to give two more DSA rounds and clear both. Then I can be selected for this position. Take one month time to prepare. Now, hiring is freeze so got more time to prepare.
